My USB port came off of my 1GB Shuffle and the cable between the port and the rest of the unit snapped. Luckily, I had a 2-year replacement plan through Best Buy so I went to return it. First I went to the one I bought it from and they refused to service it at all saying that it was broken due to abuse. They couldn't point out what clause in the warranty said that I couldn't get it replaced, but they wouldn't listen to me so I left. Then, we took my Shuffle to another Best Buy, and they took it back and refunded my original purchase price of $150 AND let me trade it in for a 2GB Nano at only a $50 difference. Kickass deal, but you have to go to a Best Buy that will actually talk to you.

Yeah. I sent mine in to Apple and they are fixing it. They sent me this box to send it to them. It was cool. I don't have to pay for anything.

Hah, Apple and HP screwed me in the ass with mine. It wont start at all. Its basically a brick and they want me to pay 350 for a USED, REFURBISHED black and white 40 GB. No sending in and fixing, no battery replacement, nada. (Sorry for the bump)
