Oldschool gamers, especially fans of the Genesis, Turbo and MSX, may remember Valis. Basically, it was an anime-laced series of hack n' slash action sidescrollers with fanservice galore (even in it's American adaptations) and a story that carried very subtle but recognizable lesbian undertones. Well, it would seem that Telenet is bringing back this classic franchise... only... it's not exactly what we were looking for. Nope, it seems they decided to actually go ahead and make the beloved fanserviced-laden action series into a full fledged hentai game dubbed Valis X (or said "Valis Cross", but I don't really think any of that matters at this point). I'm as big a pervert as the next guy, but yeah... I think a piece of me died when I saw this. I can look at Final Fantasy smut that 4chan throws at me with a straight face, but this makes me sad only for the fact that Telenet doesn't seem to want to bring us a real sequel, but rather throw it in the street for tricks.

Yeah I saw that on Kid Fenris' site... wtf? And this abomination is endorsed by Telenet...
