Are that DDR game Different Levels?I was wondering, Are there certion DDR games that are harder than others? I was playing DDR Ex2 and I got a B and then, I then I played another game and got an E on easy. I hope i just don't suck.
There can be some slight timing differents between the home versions but nothing that drastic I'd imagine. Maybe one you have the judging difficulty turned up in the options one one. There is also the fact that the home versions all have easier timing judgement than the arcade machines.
Harder Than I RememberAfter getting out of practice, I'm discovering that Light songs are challenging! I'm really out of shape. Plus, I was playing Ultramix 2 on Xbox. Even though the timing is correct, the arrows seem to be a little off on the screen. Try to stay in time with the music and use the arrows as a guide.
Don't forget to use the foot rating--the lower the easier. And if you're out of shape like me, you may want to stick to lower BPM.
That also depends on if it was a US or JP version. I can easily get a AA on something from ex2 but if I play the same song on a JP version or the arcade I only get an A.
Re: Harder Than I Remember
this isnt true in all cases, i started my friend on DDR and i started him on a slow songs and he didnt like it and just about falled, then i put him on a faster song just because, and he passed easly and actualy had fun, so if you feel you are, my best atempt to describe it would be studder stepping, pay close attention to the beat and try a faster song and see if that helps.
