According to the Konami's Website, e-Amuse will finally start appearing on your local DDR Super Nova 2 machines very soon... The first initial US machine that will get it will be at Brunswick Zone, Naperville, IL on March 17th. More locations will pop up soon after that...
If you are unaware of e-Amuse are, here is a copied description of it from DDR freak.
For those unaware, Konami's e-AMUSEMENT service is an online service used with a multitude of Konami's arcade games, including Dance Dance Revolution. The presence of e-AMUSEMENT on a DDR machine allows for, among other things, score tracking and saving, internet rankings, tournament results, and most importantly, unlockable content. The e-AMUSEMENT service previously being restricted to certain Asian countries is the reason why the USA arcade release of Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA2 has yet to see any unlockable content, but Konami's movement to bring the service to the United States will finally give us the content that we have sorely been lacking.
Now the real question is if this will save DDR?.... I seriously doubt it IMO... But this may get me back into the arcades playing again...
