Who would've thought game soundtrack composer Shinji Hosoe, who has produced soundtracks for various Namco games, Tetris: The Grand Master, the Bemani series, Metroid Prime, among other games, would find his way into the DJMAX series (especially considering its rival status to Bemani)? For DJMAX, Hosoe gives us "Son of Sun," a hardcore gabber track that also serves as a boss song in DJMAX Technika and one of the hardest songs in DJMAX Portable Black Square.
