My Pyramid Head Cosplay Thread

Postby Arimasen » Mon Sep 04, 2006 5:29 pm

I wanted to keep you guys updated on my FIRST cosplay project I've ever attempted.

Version 1: (Mockup, made of posterboard and cheap tape. This was made to get the dimensions of the final build)

Version 2: (Final framework, and only the framework)

Version 3a: (Mostly finished, just need to add the flat extrusions on the bottom, and some other accessories found on the movie version head, and then re-paint it)

Version 3b: (Complete final build of the head)
Not yet completed.

Clothing and Sword are not started yet. This costume should be finished by next year before June in time for Portcon 07.

Comments are appreciated.

Okay, I approve.

It's coming along real well. Your next stop is going to cosplay.com and looking up other cosplayers and checking theirs out to compare. Plus it doesn't hurt to ask one of them for tips. ^^

Actually I talked with someone from Anime Expo on AIM, he cosplayed as a very kickass Pyramid Head, and he actually gave me tips on making my helmet like it is now.
