skie, I don't think FFXI content IDs were affected the day Aht Urghan came out. Square-Enix put up a bulletin a good amount of days beforehand, saying that the expansion would be activated on the...20th?

The Aht Urghan Content was actually activated late evening on the 19th (Which was probably noon or something on the 20th for japan) and xbox users STILL couldn't get in. Plus, an xbox user not being able to log in would be unrelated to the Aht Urghan content, as you start the game in non-expansion areas.
