psp update n olr

Postby simel » Fri Jan 06, 2006 3:51 pm

it was a hard choice to make but i had to upgrade my firmware to 2.6 in order to listen to olr via rss. so long homebrew for now and hello olr in the mean time.

p.s still think its harsh of sony to reject homebrew so easily

We do take it as quite a compliment though that you upgraded so you could listen to us on your PSP. Don't forget to visit olrpsp.com *plug plug* Thank you

I'm a bit surprised at how the scene has dried up. At first, it had amazingly fast development for it. But it's tapered off or something. Maybe everyone really interested in homebrew migrated over the the GPX2? Although I believe the PSP is more powerful so you would think it has more potential to run stuff a little better(or at least emulation, what I mainly mess with).

There's been some stuff, just nothing I'm interested in. I know the guy behind pspirc is working on a psp MMO.

You're not going to make an MMO in javascript.
