Pokemon Diamond & Pearl to offer VoIP

Why does everyone--SAILOR MOON ON THE WII!?--call it VoIP on a console? Do you guys call it that when using your headset on Xbox Live? How about on Socom? I don't see why you need to make things more complicated than it needs to be.

Well... you do realize that your voice/audio is traveling over an IP link with all of those games, right?
There's nothing wrong with calling it VoIP.
VoIP != SIP
VoIP != IAX/IAX2

Also, re: my call. Space Quest FOUR (4) was the first mouse click controlled Space Quest game, IIRC. 3 may have been, I don't quite remember.

1 (EGA) was keyboard for sure, as was 2. I'm very sure 3 was too.
Even the 1 VGA remix as part of anthologies was keyboard.

But yeah, 4 was hilarious, 5 was BETTER (great music too), and 6 was the ultimate combination. It was a great way to go out (even if there was a 7 in production that got scrapped). I wish it worked with modern versions of windows :/.

I don't see how Skype isn't VoIP because it does have a simular purpose as Vonage.

Sorry. Skype = VoIP.
Skype != SIP

(SIP is better, just BTW)
