OLR logo as XBOX Live Gamerpic?

I just noticed a new (I think) AllGames free picture pack to celebrate the 5th year of XBL. OLR is mentioned as an AllGames show and I think I see an OLR logo as one of the free gamerpics.

Is this new or have I just been living under a rock? Seems like a new style of logo for OLR too.
