Hey everyone.
With the Wii launch creeping up on us, I thought it might be fun to have a place to talk about what we are planning to pick up at launch. I know I'm always curious to know what people's takes on games are!
I know I'm going to be picking up Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Red Steel and Trauma Center: Second Opinion at launch! I'm also going to be rocking those Wii points, and snagging toejam and earl!

Er... what about Twilight Princess?

Im definatly picking up Red Steel and Twilight Princess, but ill most likely pick up Excite Truck along with it... At first i wasent going to get Raving Rabids but after watching the gameplay i may end up getting it instead of Excite Truck...

Idk that will be a launch day decision, because eventhough im saving a ton by not getting a PS3 at launch, i might only get 3 games so i can get a 2nd Wii mote and Nunchuck (or the classic controller)...

Well, after seeing the Red Steel gameplay preview trailer, that's going on the list, as it has a real distinct GoldenEye vibe to it. I'm sure you all know how awesome that game was... Nintendo won't need to track down the rights to get it on the Virtual Console. Speaking of the VC, I'll probably try and get a hold of a retro controller and a Wii points card, and get a handful of classic games on the VC.

As for other games, most likely Excite Truck and SM Galaxy. And later, SSB Brawl.

Sorry Jason. I thought that was more for tech specs and the hard information, while this would be just a thread for which games people want. My bad, and delete if necessary.
It's interesting to read the buzz on elebits here! I wasn't too excited about that game, but maybe it's more than meets the eye? It just seemed kind of chibi robo to me. Cool game and all, but *shrug*.
And yea, I'll be one of the five people who doesn't buy Twilight Princess at launch. I haven't really played a zelda game since Link's Adventure, or the game boy one. I'll probably pick up Twilight Princess after I play through Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.

If I get a Wii(all depends on the amount of money I have/earn, saving up for an HDTV for my 360) Then I'll get Zelda and Trauma Center for sure.
