DDRSuperNOVA.com is a SHAM!

Hey, we haven't forgotten our roots as a Music Video Game station. Talk about DDR/IIDX and all that note smashing here.

DDRSuperNOVA.com is a SHAM!

Postby bandit » Tue May 16, 2006 6:46 pm

Hi everyone I got some news to lay on ya.

If you goto DDRSuperNOVA.com and look at what is on the main/only page it looks very unprofessional. This got me thinking about who own's the domain.

I went to GoDaddy.com and tracked down who owned the domain. It's some guy who lives in Washington, not D.C. but State. He registered through GoDaddy as well.

Am I to believe that this will actually be the official website from Konami for DDR SuperNOVA?

So before we consider this site to be the "real" one I think that we need to see what is actually done with it in the future when some content is up. I strongly doubt that Konami has anything to do with it.

I really think that some guy heard the name and registered it before anyone else could just to try and sell it to turn a profit later.

Any Comments on this?

Yeah, it used to have a few stock images from the game and a shot of the machine (which, if I remember right was actually backwards for quite some time, LOL) I know this because the 'Emi' image is actually my background, hehe.

Actually, Reenee I believe found some stuff or maybe it was xbskid who did, but anyways, someone actually found extra pages hosted on that site linking to all the stuff. I saw this on DDR:UK so I'm gonna go check it out.

EDIT: It was xbskid on DDR:UK. http://www.ddruk.com/postview.php?post=277789&highlight=ddrsupernova.com&gotopost=277794#post277794

pichuoxys, did you try looking at the link i provided? or at least some URL mumbling hmm?
Yes, yes, we all know www.ddrsupernova.com isn't exactly open yet. However, through a little investigation, I've discovered several pages on the DDR SuperNOVA site, including the flash header, seven images (Which are probably already public), and the news page. Here's what I found:

Arrowindex.php - The main page. Of course, it needs to be changed before the site will display properly.
Arrowscreens.php - Screenshots page. Includes seven images.
Songs included in the first image:
? - THE SURRENDERS
GORGEUS 2021 - THE SURRENDERS
BALLAD FOR YOU(amoi no ame) - NM feat. Thomas Howard <-- Actually looks like it says "Hpward"
In My Eyes - riewo
Kind Lady ( interlude ) - OKUYATOS <-- Has a full stepchart?
BATTLE BREAKS - DJ TAKAWO
GET IT ALL - BRASS TRICKS
MEANING OF LIFE - K.Wit feat. GARY
SOMETHING WONDERFUL - L.E.D.
ANALYZE - B.BANDI <-- ? B.BANDI?
Arrownews.php - News page. News article mirrored below for the lazy.
Arrowcontact.php - The contact page. Ask them questions!

Only other link is to the DDR SuperNOVA forum at barcade.com

I googled his name added to Betson, and their official site came up with an overview of F&F: Superbikes on their webpage.

So I'd guess it's safe to assume that the page is at least semi-official.
