DDR Supernova

Hey, we haven't forgotten our roots as a Music Video Game station. Talk about DDR/IIDX and all that note smashing here.

I thought that Extreme 2 had a horrible interface, but the song selection was pretty good. I was happy to see some E-Rotic on there, but too bad they didn't bring some older GOOD songs back on SuperNOVA. (Cafe, Tribal Dance, Ghosts)

Yeah really, if you hate EX2's interface then you should hate 5th mix, Max, Max 2, Extreme JP, Ultramix, and supernova. Those are all very similar and konami hit the jackpot after discovering it on 5th mix.

No no no, I'm not saying that I don't like the fact that it resembled the older mixes, I was thankful for that.

I just hated the fact that they tried to make it more than just a DDR game when mission mode was like the main mode of play..
And arcade mode was like free mode right? I haven't played it in a while, I just think the way they set up EX2 was STUUUUPIIIID.

Ok, the 'Mission mode/Free Mode' thing was stupid. But I'm sure we'll see 'Arcade mode' return in SNCS. (Does anyone know if it returned in the E3/CC demo?)

I'm really excited for SN home version. Did anyone see Kelly Clarkson's "Since You Been Gone" as one of the songs?

YES 8)

Honestly there was nothing wrong with DMM is was fun and interesting. For some reason everyone sees it as a major burden but all you have to do is go through section A and the rest of the songs can be unlocked through free play. Otherwise I want the arcade style to come back too, I like my stages :)
