Pop'n Music comes to North America

Hey, we haven't forgotten our roots as a Music Video Game station. Talk about DDR/IIDX and all that note smashing here.

Pop'n Music comes to North America

Postby GOGO7188 » Mon Jun 29, 2009 6:29 pm

So Konami announces Pop'n Music coming to North America for the Wii. You would imagine it to be normal Pop'n Music with the 9 Button controller, but sadly, its some new version. We all knew it wouldn't be to long till Konami broke and bought Pop'n Music to NA, just didn't think they would forget the most important part of the game............... :?

My guess is they didn't wanna pull a beatmania US and release a bundled peripheral for *one* game... I mean it's not like DDR where they're at least guaranteed *some* success, this is a whole different game most people outside the 'scene' have probably never heard of this game (if they're lucky they've seen that 'crazy japanese player' on youtube randomly, but that's probably it.)
