Story Mode
Taiko no Tatsujin 7 includes a story mode called "Waku Waku Bouken Land".


Mini Games
There are four new mini game but only 2 have been announced so far.

"Maru batsu! Saiten no Tatsujin"
In this mini game you have to grade anwsers given in a set amount of time. There are 25 questions total.


"Tobe! Mekadon!"
In this mini game you have to fly around space and avoid objects in space.



Battle Mode
"Motto wai wai taiko kassen!" (2~8 Players)
This mode is for multiple players that up to 8 players can play. The players pick their team and then play songs, mini games, and mini mini games to points. The team with the highest amount of points wins.
