I am pissed at Sony for doing this, but they are semi-copying Nintendo. The PS3 controller (which is pretty much a Dual Shock 3) has tilt sensors. It is basically the same technology as the Kirby Tilt and Tumble game for the Gameboy Color, or the Wario Ware Twisted technology for the GBA.

I don't think the PS3 is going to do so well. The price is way too high.

Many parents wont buy the PS3 for their kid because they will see the Wii or the Xbox 360 for a $100+ cheaper.

As for the controller Sony copied the idea of the Dual shock controller a while back... im not surprised they "incorperated" both the 360 and the Wii's controller
