I started listening to one of the live shows today(#161) and you played some Captain Jack. Sadly, I've never heard the song Holiday by him. It was actually a pretty good version of it too, I was surprised. I need to get on the ball and get more songs by him.

skie, I liked it on the show when you played the full version of Little Boy, also Only You (full) was good too. I just enjoy his long versions because it exhibits his talent even more. Didn't he actually have a CD that was titled "Little Boy"?

Yes, one of Jack's early cd's was titled Little Boy(I believe it was the 2nd one). His first 4 cd's all used similar artwork using the military-themed cadence songs that started him off.

I went and downloaded Holiday, had to have it. Ever heard the song "Summertime"? It uses almost the same music that he used for Holiday but it has no vocals. I thought it was strange how close these songs were. Summertime is also the only song I know of from CJ with no vocals.

Oh yeah, forgot to say, I love the full versions myself. I'm actually not a fan of short/edited versions. The short ones are good for DDR, but the songs are short for normal listening. Why do you prefer the short versions for the show?

Also, seen the DJ Otzi & CJ video? They do some song together called Don't Haha, it's a bit different then his usual stuff but still the same basic fun factor he seems to have with the song. Other then there's no hot chicks on stage with him, just the white guy Otzi.

I need to clarify that the cd's were just 4 singles, no albums. Little Boy was one of his early songs on his first album that used the cartoon artwork.
